“This was my rooftop studio at 90 Ludlow Street,” Sweeney says of this 2014 photo. “I moved out because they are building a 15-story luxury condo tower directly next door. One day I walked out the front door and saw a man taking a picture of his wife taking a picture of some fake graffiti. That was the moment when I decided to move. Now I am on 13th Street. The other day I was looking out the window and I saw an old man with a long, thick white beard, sunglasses and a black beret.
